8hz mp3 encoder for BeOS
The 8hz encoder is a new encoder based on the ISO sources that
is faster and accepts wav files as input. I made a few minor
changes so it would run on BeOS. The 8hz homepage is at
http://www.8hz.com/. You can
get the original sources there are binaries for some other platforms.
